Job summary

Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's restaurant in Texas is seeking friendly team members to assemble orders, serve customers, and keep the dining area clean. No prior experience is required; you must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Training provided with flexible shifts and a focus on fast, accurate service. You will operate the cash register, take orders via intercom, stock supplies, and help open/close the store.

• Takes orders from customers, via person-to-person or intercom, delivering quality service
• Prepares store for opening
• Closes store and restocks supplies, cleans facilities, and stores food properly

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals


• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area


• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.)


• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages


• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies


• Takes orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service


• Preps store for opening


• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units)
