• Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve food and smoothies to standards.
• Use sanitation practices for food handling.
• Set up and monitor food and smoothie workstations.
• Clean and organize kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate the register, handle cash, manage the drawer.
• Follow safety and security policies.
• Perform other tasks to run the café.

Job Responsibilities

• Interacts with crew members and customers using ‘Tropitude’ (Tropitude is our “mojo” and what makes Tropical Smoothie Café fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere.)
• Delivers ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to each customer that visits our café.
• Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafes’ standards.
• Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
• Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.
