Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring Crew Members to keep the cafe running smoothly. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and help create an experience guests come back for. You’ll also handle smoothie prep, cash handling, and tidy duties in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible scheduling for students and part-time workers, with shifts usually 4-8 hours. Pay ranges from $8 to $12 per hour plus pooled tips, with closed holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and build menu items to brand standards.
• Make smoothies consistently and accurately.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Keep prep stations stocked, clean, and organized.
• Run the register and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Clean the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations throughout the day.
• Complete opening, shift, and closing duties.
• Support your team and jump into any position as needed.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience
