Job summary

Cheba Hut | Little Rock is seeking a Crew Member to join our team. You will deliver authentic, friendly service, assist guests with menu recommendations, and help maintain a fast-paced, clean front- and back-of-house environment.

We value energy, consistency, and respect for the process. Must be at least 18 years old and ready to contribute to a playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Food handling certification required.
• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.

• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
