Cheba Hut | Lincoln is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food, deliver friendly service, and support a fast-paced, high-energy dining environment. You’ll greet guests, make menu suggestions, and ensure accurate cash handling at the register.

No prior experience required; food handling certification is encouraged and we’ll help you get certified. We offer flexible scheduling, an employee discount, and paid training to help you grow with the team.

Cheba Hut has been curing munchies since 1998 with great food, craft drinks, and a playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions
• Prioritize “interaction over the transaction.”
• Make confident menu recommendations
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Product Quality & Food Safety

• Use recipe cards and execute builds correctly
• Maintain strong food handling and sanitation standards
• Complete prep accurately and on time

Clean & Safe Environment

• Maintain strong situational awareness — keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Food handling certification required (no worries if you don’t have one- we’ll help you certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere
