Andy’s Frozen Custard in Kirkwood, MO is seeking Crew Members to prepare quality treats in a clean, safe environment while delivering friendly service. You will handle orders, operate basic equipment, and maintain product quality to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. This is a fast-paced team role with opportunities to learn, grow, and participate in benefits for full-time schedules.

Qualificações

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Can manage cash according to cash handling and banking policies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to use touch sensitive POS System.
• Ability to maintain the Andy’s culture/values at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Memorizes recipes and standards.
• Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product is produced.
• Ensures all custard/food items are prepared according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs as prescribed.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard.
• Performs cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes to keep facilities sanitary.
• Follow and reinforce Andy’s operational policies and procedures.
• Follow and reinforce Andy’s Dress Code and Personal Appearance Policy.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by using a “customer comes first” attitude.
• Efficiently accepts orders, creates treats with accuracy, serves treat(s) to customers.
• Handles transaction for customer and accepts payment or makes change if needed.
• Always maintain all health and safety regulations.

Job Summary:

The Crew Member demonstrates Andy’s Standard of Excellence in preparation of quality treats in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers can have an excellent experience.

To be considered for this position you must be at least 16 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Custard:

• Memorizes recipes and standards
• Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product is produced
• Ensures all custard/food items are prepared according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness
