Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group in Issaquah, WA is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape upkeep on commercial properties. This includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up. No experience required; training will be provided.

You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, with 4/10 shifts or 8–5 Monday–Friday and occasional weekends. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are helpful; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be reliable and able to transport themselves to worksites.
• Experience in landscaping is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to lift 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Flexible availability for 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
