Job summary

EarthWorks Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial or residential properties.

This role includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing and general clean-up; no experience required as training will be provided. You will work outdoors across public and private sites, maintain clean and safe work areas, operate hand tools and power equipment, and assist with end-of-day clean-up.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Landscaping experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license a plus, not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Flexibility with hours slightly varying, Monday–Friday 7–4, or occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites

• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up
