Summary:

The Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast food establishment, which may include cleaning food or stock areas, operating fryers & microwaves, manning the food preparation production line, assisting in the kitchen, and maintaining inventory. Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.

Essential Functions:

1. Cleans and stocks customer eating areas, workstations, and equipment.
2. Greets all customers with a friendly smile and follows all HMSHost customer service policies and procedures.
3. Maintains a solid knowledge of products and services available in the unit.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
5. Assists with various kitchen-related functions as needed.
6. Receives inventory, moves, and lifts food, beverages, and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

1. Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
2. Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions.
3. Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; communicate comfortably with customers.
4. Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
