Job summary

Earthworks Enginering, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. Tasks include mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Position is full-time with outdoor work across public and commercial sites. Flexible schedules and safety protocols are emphasized, with benefits including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Transportation and licensing may be required depending on assignment.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, prune, weed, fertilize, and perform general landscape maintenance tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and safe across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand and power equipment safely and correctly.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day cleanup.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites

• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Preferred Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Landscaping experience helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license a plus, not required
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful
• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends
