Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food with a positive attitude
• Use POS systems to process orders and payments accurately
• Prepare subs according to customer specifications, following safety and sanitation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, slicers (must be 18+)
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, floors, utensils, and restrooms
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the required uniform
