Job summary

VerdeGo is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our field team. You’ll perform mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup to keep properties looking their best, while operating standard landscape equipment and following safety protocols.

We offer training, a team-based environment, and year-round work in Florida. Expect physical outdoor work, variable hours, and opportunities for growth with a company that values reliability and hard work.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; some roles may require DOT certification.
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from the Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter where applicable.

What You'll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties

Work Hours

Physical Requirements
