Job summary

Quality Care is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to maintain and beautify commercial properties outdoors. You will perform mowing, trimming, planting, and clean-up tasks while working with a crew under a Crew Leader's direction.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours; landscaping experience is a plus but training is provided.

• Driver's license preferred for some roles (DOT may apply).

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE provided.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).

What You'll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable)

What We're Looking For

• Experience in landscaping a plus, but not required (we provide training)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours
• Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold)

Work Hours

• Typically Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM--6:00 PM (seasonal overtime likely)
• Weekend or on-call hours possible during peak season or snow events
