Job summary

Jersey Mike's Durham is opening a new location in Durham, NH. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top‑notch customer service in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include food prep, inventory management, shift opening/closing, and enforcing quality standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and certification bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met, including slicer use
• Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

We are opening a new Jersey Mike’s location in Durham, NH this fall. Training will take place at our Exeter, NH location.

Shift Leaders will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure customer service, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and follow company policies.
