Job Summary

The Crew Member works as part of the restaurant team to ensure all products are of high quality and customers are satisfied.

Starting at $13.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities include:

• Serving customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise.
• Preparing high-quality products following recipes and procedures.
• Maintaining a professional image as outlined in training materials.
• Cleansing and organizing work stations.
• Practicing safety and security procedures.
• Adhering to company policies and standards of conduct.

Job Scope

Receives guidance from management and training materials to perform tasks at various stations. Must be proficient in all stations and flexible to work at different ones as needed. The role involves physical activity such as lifting and standing for long periods.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 55 pounds.
• Reach and move items from high and low positions.
• Operate equipment safely, including mixers, sheeters, and other tools.
• Work outside holding a sign (must be 18+).
• Count, weigh, and process food and inventory items.
• Effective communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to handle stress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform essential functions.
