What we expect from you

1. Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
2. Ability to take direction and work well with others

8. Ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
9. Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
10. Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.)
11. Stocks, portions, and serves beverages
12. Operates cash register according to cash operations policies
13. Takes orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides top quality service
14. Assists in prepping restaurant for opening & closing

Physical Elements

1. Ability to stand for long periods
2. Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

Equipment Use

1. Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
2. Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)

Working Conditions

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements.
