Job summary

Sky Zone, Inc. is seeking Crew Members for multiple part-time positions across the park, including Court Monitor, Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk Membership Sale, and Team Lead. The team is focused on delivering a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience while keeping the park clean and welcoming.

Compensation ranges from $14.50–$15.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Interview process will outline specific duties for each role.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ for Team Leads).
• Comfortable in an environment with large groups of people.
• Able to work flexible schedule during park hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Previous experience in high-volume, customer-facing roles is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.

Sky Zone is looking for Crew Members to join our team across all departments! If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is our profession, for any of the following part‑time positions:

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate

• Team Leader

All positions require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Compensation and specific job duties will be outlined during the interview process pending your interest and Park needs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL SKY ZONE POSITIONS:

• Must be 16 years of age or older. (18+ for Team Leads)
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours. This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.), is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Compensation from Crew Members to Team Leads ranges from $14.50-15.50/hr depending on qualifications and experience.
