Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking Sky Zone crew members to join as part‑time associates across multiple departments. You will help deliver a friendly guest experience while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and a high-energy park environment.

Open roles include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales, with compensation of $14.00–$15.00 per hour based on qualifications and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, customer-facing roles is ideal but not required.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

All crew members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. Employees are expected to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Compensation

$14.00–$15.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
