Crew Members Onsite, Part-time

Sky Zone is looking for Crew Members to join our team across all departments. We are hiring for the following part‑time positions:

Positions

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk Membership Sales
• Team Leader

All positions require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. Candidates must be committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with large groups of guests and ensure their safety and satisfaction.
• Assist with park operations such as monitoring court usage, serving food, or managing front‑desk tasks.
• Support other team members and maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old; 18+ for Team Lead.
• Comfortable in a high‑volume, customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in entertainment, retail, service, or fitness is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds.

Compensation starts at $10.00/hr and will be based on qualifications and experience.
