Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking Crew Members to join our team across all departments. If you enjoy a fun, dynamic environment where play is our profession, positions include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales.

All duties involve helping park members and guests while keeping a safe, clean environment. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with increases based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older (18+ for Team Leads).
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is our profession, Court Monitor (Safety Crew) Café Associate Party Host Front Desk Membership Sale. All positions require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Compensation and specific job duties will be outlined during the interview process pending your interest and Park needs. Your application is required to be considered but we understand if you don’t currently have work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL SKY ZONE POSITIONS:

• Must be 16 years of age or older. (18+ for Team Leads)
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours. This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.), is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Compensation: Starts at $17.00/hr and is based on qualifications and experience.
