Job summary

White Castle in New York is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers with food service or management experience to lead daily operations, organize shifts, manage cash, drive-thru and kitchen tasks.

You’ll motivate the team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain sanitation, and uphold safety while working the fryer and grill; benefits include weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and schedule staff to cover all shifts.
• Handle cash and balance tills at the end of shifts.
• Manage inventory and oversee product ordering and restocking.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction throughout shifts.
• Motivate and lead the team, promote White Castle initiatives.
• Operate drive-thru, cash register, and food preparation stations.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards across all stations.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. Pay Rate: $20.50 - $26.40 per hour
