White Castle in Jean, NV is hiring Crew Managers to lead daily operations with energy and a friendly attitude. You will organize shifts, supervise cash handling, manage inventory, and drive customer satisfaction while guiding a team in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability and a hands-on approach to ensure cleanliness, food quality and timely service for Cravers across a busy shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30–50 lbs
• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.00
