Job summary

White Castle, America's first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory and oversee customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Our 103-year-old, family-led brand offers paid weekly benefits and growth opportunities. You’ll lead a fast paced team on the front lines, assist with drive-thru, prepare orders and uphold sanitation and safety standards while delivering smiles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Must love to smile and be energetic.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and schedules for the team.
• Handle cash and operate the register.
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Work the drive-thru and fryer/griddle as needed.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation standards.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more! Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.00
