Job summary

White Castle in New Jersey is hiring Crew Managers who are friendly, energetic leaders with food service or management experience. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service and satisfaction, motivate the team, operate the drive-thru and kitchen equipment, and ensure sanitation.

This is a team-focused role at a fourth-generation family business that values safety and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
