Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations. You’ll organize shifts, manage inventory, oversee service quality and drive-thru orders, while motivating the team and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
