Job summary

White Castle is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers with food service or management experience. You’ll lead shifts, motivate the team, and ensure customer satisfaction while handling cash and inventory.

Responsibilities include drive-thru operations, order preparation, sanitation, and maintaining a safe work environment. Our team is part of a four-generation family business with benefits, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.
