Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and lead the team to deliver great customer service while maintaining sanitation standards.

The role includes drive-thru and fryer/griddle duties, with opportunities for growth within a long-standing family business. Perks include weekly pay, holidays bonuses, paid time off, health plans, 401(k) and profit sharing.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

• Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
