Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers with prior food service or management experience to lead daily operations. You’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and supervise customer service while motivating and leading the team.

You’ll work the cash register and drive-thru, prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and operate fryers/griddles, with a focus on safety and cleanliness. Equal opportunity employer.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
