Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to join our Illinois team. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and lead team members to deliver great customer service.

You’ll supervise drive-thru and front-line duties, including order prep, sanitation, and fry/griddle tasks. We offer a supportive, family-like culture with growth opportunities, paid time off, medical benefits, and a focus on safety and well-being for all

Qualifications

• Previous food service or management experience is required.
• Must be friendly, energetic, and trustworthy with leadership skills.
• Experience organizing shifts, handling cash, and managing inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage team scheduling.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register and drive-thru.
• Oversee inventory, sanitation, and food preparation areas.
• Lead by example to motivate and guide team members.
• Ensure customer service and satisfaction at all times.
• Prepare orders and operate fryer/griddle as needed.

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
