Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to join our fourth-generation family business. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, oversee customer service, and lead the team across the counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.

We emphasize safety and a healthy work environment for all team members. The role offers weekly pay with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and performance, plus benefits and growth

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!
