Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers in Avon, Indiana. You’ll organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service while leading a team on the drive-thru, fryer, and grill.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage team scheduling.
• Handle cash and drive-thru operations; oversee POS transactions.
• Manage inventory and ensure sanitation standards.
• Oversee customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the crew on daily tasks (fryers, griddle, orders).

Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!
