Job summary

White Castle in Michigan is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers to lead daily operations, manage shifts, handle cash, supervise inventory and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will motivate and guide the team, operate the cash register and drive-thru, prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and assist with fryer/griddle tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage daily operations.
• Handle cash and oversee drive-thru and cashier duties.
• Manage inventory and monitor sanitation and safety standards.
• Motivate, recruit, and lead the team to high performance.
• Prepare orders and operate fryer/griddle as needed.
