Job summary

White Castle is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Managers in the United States. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll work across drive-thru, register, and kitchen duties, ensuring sanitation and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes family-like leadership, safety, and opportunities for growth within a long-standing, fourth-generation company.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage team scheduling.
• Handle cash and operate POS registers.
• Oversee inventory and upkeep of sanitation.
• Lead customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Motivate and supervise staff at the drive-thru and dining areas.
