Job summary

A Plus Tree, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to support our Tree workers' crews in Portland, OR. You will coach and develop the crew, oversee recruiting and training, and ensure safety, service excellence, and profitability.

Requirements include 2+ years of supervisory experience, ability to perform removals and pruning, and knowledge of ANSI Z133 standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a strong safety record is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience - 2+ years of experience managing a crew.
• Ability to complete tree removals and perform industry-standard pruning techniques.
• GIS software or tree inventory/GPS software experience.
• Impeccable safety record.
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133 Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of tree crews to ensure quality and safety.
• Coach, train, and develop Tree Workers to be strong leaders and operators.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and crew management and compliance.
