Job summary

Yellowstone is seeking a Snow Crew Leader to supervise a team delivering professional snow removal services for our clients. You will perform snow removal in designated areas and operate snow equipment to keep sites safe and accessible.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working 24/7 during weather events, and transporting to the branch. You will apply de-icing solutions and follow safety protocols in all outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work in all outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds+.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site; valid MVR when required.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal for designated areas.
• Operate heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions.
• Safely distribute de-icing solutions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions including cold, heat, rain, and snow.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Snow Crew Leader will supervise a team providing professional snow removal services for our clients.
