Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Train and motivate team members to reach daily production.
• Conduct crew meetings to provide clear instruction on daily tasks.
• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
• Responsible for setting all work area and inspecting product quality.
• Keep open communication with Manager and Directors.
• Complete daily reports and access to all required documentation.
• Ensure employees follow safety requirements and operations processes.
