Job summary

Cantey Foundation Specialists in Matthews, NC is seeking a Crew Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will manage a crew, ensure high-quality home foundation work, and help customers by delivering practical, permanent solutions.

You will train, travel to locations monthly, use proper PPE, and join a team with strong training and earnings potential. The job offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay during training, and a generous commission after training.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry/rough framing experience required.
• Experience with subfloor installation is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Demonstrated management abilities and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew to complete foundation repair projects.
• Oversee daily field operations and ensure quality workmanship.
• Travel to various locations and train crew members.

You’re going to love Cantey Foundation Specialists! Our next Crew Leader will enjoy a stable work schedule every week while managing their crew, they will understand how to deliver a permanent, high-quality solution for the customer’s home foundation issues.

You’ll have the opportunity to travel and work in several new locations every month. You’ll enjoy using equipment that works properly and have access to all personal protective equipment needed to complete all jobs in a safe manner. Position Overview

• Work Hours: Full Time, W2 Employee
• Pay: $35hr during training. After training: $22hr plus 60% commission
• Compensation Structure: Hourly plus production bonus
