This hands-on role combines field work with leadership development, offering a clear path to Foreman and daily on-site duties, travel to different sites, and growth opportunities with a Southeast-based leader in foundation repair.

This isn’t a clipboard position.

You’ll be under houses, in crawl spaces, solving problems, making decisions, and learning what it takes to become a respected Foreman.

Physical Demands

This is a hands‑on leadership position.

You’ll Regularly

• Crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and maneuver through crawl spaces
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment
• Dig, shovel, and perform physically demanding work
• Work in hot, humid, dusty, muddy, and confined environments
• Stay active throughout the workday
• Lead from the front by working alongside your crew

Expected Travel

This position requires travel to job sites throughout the state and surrounding areas. Team members should be comfortable with daily travel and occasional overnight stays.
