The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for the position of Crew Leader I in Line Maintenance. The incumbent supervises work crews and performs skilled work involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of collection and distribution systems. Responsibilities include operating equipment and a variety of power and hand tools, and maintaining water distribution and wastewater collection systems owned by MWC.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; possession of Class "C" water and wastewater certification from the OK State DEQ; a valid Commercial Driver's License Class "A" with a type "N" (tank vehicle) endorsement; and insurability. Previous experience is preferred. This position is safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, and random drug and alcohol screening.
