A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you will report to the Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader. You will ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This is a year-round grounds maintenance position, with responsibilities that change with the seasons to keep our properties and client sites attractive, safe, and well-maintained throughout the year.

This role will be responsible for trimming and mowing grass as well as trimming shrubs, hedges, and trees with appropriate tools. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Capability to work in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
• Knowledge of and ability to work with gas-powered tools and mowers
• Good oral and written communication skills for positive and clear interactions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency to work as part of a team and follow directions
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Perform tasks that involve repetitive bending at the waist and kneeling.
