Job summary

SOAR365 is seeking a dependable Janitorial Team Member to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities in the Greater Richmond area. You will work with a supportive team and a Crew Leader to ensure high-quality cleaning services and a positive customer experience.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, and a REAL ID is required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Communicate needs to Lead Janitor and support team operations.

What You’ll Do

As a Janitorial Team Member, you’ll help maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities by:

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairways, offices, and common areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Communicating supply, equipment, maintenance, or safety needs to the Lead Janitor.
• Supporting team operations and assisting coworkers when needed to ensure quality service.

In this role, you’ll work closely with your Crew Leader and teammates to deliver high-quality janitorial services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service. You’ll follow established procedures, report concerns promptly, participate in required trainings, and help create a positive and productive work environment.
