Grato Property Care is seeking a motivated leader to head a 2–3 person crew for daily residential and light commercial routes. You’ll set the on-site standard, ensure quality work, maintain equipment, and build strong customer relationships.

This is a leadership role with a clear path for advancement. Starting at $23/hr with potential performance bonuses after 90 days, overtime pay, and growth opportunities as the company expands.

The Role

You’ll lead a 2–3 person crew running daily routes across residential and light commercial properties. You’re the one who sets the standard on-site — making sure every job is done right, equipment is maintained, and customers are treated well. This isn’t just a labor job; it’s a leadership position with a path forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Landscape maintenance and projects
• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Christmas light installation (yes, roofs and ladders are involved)
• General exterior property services

Responsibilities

– Operate and maintain commercial equipment

– Lead daily route execution

– Perform jobsite walkthroughs and quality checks

– Greet customers when appropriate

– Place yard signs and leave review/referral cards

– Track job completion and report any issues

– Maintain clean, organized truck and equipment

• Shows up early and ready to work
• Is physically capable (50+ lbs, ladders, roofs)
• Has a valid driver’s license & clean record
• Can pass a background check
• Works well on a team
• Takes pride in doing quality work

Compensation & Growth

– $23/hour starting pay

Requirements

– Experience with commercial equipment

Experience

• Lawn care: 3 years (Required)
• Management: 1 year (Required)

Bonus Qualifications

– Previous crew lead or landscaping lead experience

– Experience running efficient teams

– Attention to detail and pride in your work

– Military background is a plus.
