Galecki Landscaping LLC is hiring a Landscape Crew Member / Driver in Newington, CT. This hands-on role involves driving a truck and trailer, operating landscaping equipment, and assisting the crew daily.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with annual raises, offering 40+ hours weekly and a Monday–Friday schedule. There are advancement opportunities toward a Crew Leader role, plus benefits including free uniforms and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of professional landscaping experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable towing and backing trailers.
• Experience with zero-turn mowers, trimmers, mulching, and pruning.
• Reliable, hardworking and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck and equipment trailer between sites.
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment daily.
• Work alongside the crew on landscaping tasks.
• Support in snow removal during winter as needed.
