Grato Property Care is seeking a motivated leader to head a 2–3 person crew for daily residential and light commercial routes. You’ll set the on-site standard, ensure quality work, maintain equipment, and build strong customer relationships.

This is a leadership role with a clear path for advancement. Starting at $23/hr with potential performance bonuses after 90 days, overtime pay, and growth opportunities as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2–3 person crew on daily routes.
• Perform landscape maintenance and projects.
• Conduct window and gutter cleaning.
• Install Christmas lights (roofs and ladders).
• Oversee general exterior property services.
• Operate and maintain commercial equipment.
• Lead daily route execution and quality checks.
• Greet customers and gather referrals/reviews.
• Track job completion and report issues.
• Maintain organized truck and equipment.
