Job summary

JML Landscape Management in Monroeville, PA is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance year-round, with snow support in winter.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, perform mowing and cleanup, operate equipment, ensure safety and on-time completion, track hours, train new staff, and assist with snow removal when needed. Strong communication and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2--3 team members on job sites
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season
