Job summary

Signature Landscape, Inc. in Kansas City is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to supervise a small crew delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance year-round, with seasonal snow support in winter.

You will lead 2–3 team members, oversee mowing, trimming, and cleanup, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion. Snow operations are part of the winter role, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities
