Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise warehouse associates on the night shift (10:30PM–7:00AM, Sunday–Thursday). You will lead, train, and support the team to maintain productivity while coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions.

You will also ensure inventory accuracy, optimize layout, and enforce safety standards. Prior leadership experience and familiarity with SAP RF Receiving are highly valued as the team works to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and training new associates.
• Experience with SAP RF Receiving or similar warehouse tech.
• Ability to plan daily schedules and priorities; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates, guiding and training to ensure productivity.
• Assign tasks and ensure on-time completion with accuracy.
• Coordinate daily activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS coordination.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility.
• Ensure safety compliance and a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and inventory control to resolve issues.

The Crew Leader will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.

The shift is from 10:30PM-7:00AM Sunday through Thursday.

What You'll Do

• L ead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and coordinating with the warehouse management system.
• Organize and optimize the layout of the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in the most efficient and accessible manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control to resolve any issues or concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
• Full-time Wilson Associate
• Previous experience with SAP RF Receiving
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
