Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Deliver excellent service by engaging with guests and leading associates.
2. Optimize crew placement and assist with assigning breaks and tasks.
3. Reinforce AMC standards and coach peers on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
4. Resolve guest questions and concerns, distribute passes as needed, and ensure friendly, clean, quick service.
5. Follow opening and closing procedures, and support clean-up programs.
6. Train and support the crew on safety and cleanliness protocols.
7. Oversee line checks, stocking, condiment areas, and food assembly.
8. Manage cash and inventory, support marketing efforts, and assist with booth operations.
9. Perform crew functions as needed based on business levels.
10. Maintain attendance and adhere to company standards and policies.
