Job Summary

Plans, directs, and coordinates landscape, renovation, and maintenance activities for assigned contracts, adhering to company policies, contract documents, and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Must be able to drive.
• Perform manual labor tasks in landscape, irrigation, or enhancement projects.
• Operate machinery and perform surface preparations for paving in landscape maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, securing tools and equipment daily.
• Handle materials, load and unload trucks, and transport materials.
• Follow safety and incident reporting procedures.
• Operate power mowers, trimmers, blowers, and prune shrubs and trees as needed.
• Lay sod, plant, mow, trim, dig, rake, mulch, and install sprinklers.
• Maintain flower beds and perform weeding.
• Operate tools along sidewalks, beds, and around structures safely.
• Clean up debris and mulch leaves during mowing.
• Provide friendly customer service and report problems promptly.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and values at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
