SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber with leadership potential to join our General Tree Care Team in Nashville. You will perform pruning, removals, and cabling to maintain client landscapes, using climbing techniques and safety equipment. The Crew Lead track offers added responsibilities for guiding a team in the field.

The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, adherence to ANSI standards, and strong communication with clients and team members to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license; CDL a plus.
• Experience with tree climbing and pruning techniques.
• Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care: pruning, removals, cabling.
• Climb trees safely with ropes, saddle, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other equipment.
• Apply ANSI pruning standards and safety practices.
